IDr. Rossy Anne Yabut Rojales, PIID
Co-Founder & Principal Designer
IDr. Rossy the visionary of the company, leads all creative direction at Hurray. A former Director of the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers and Chair of the Manila Interior Design Summit 2024 and 2025, she is recognized as one of the most influential designers of her time.
Process-driven and detail-oriented, every project passes through her hands, eye, and heart. Her passion spans art, photography, creative direction, and illumination shaping spaces that honor legacy, embrace what’s next, and bring a deeply human quality to every environment.
Bong Rojales
Co-Founder & Managing Director
With decades of experience in IT and business development, Bong brings strategic clarity and operational strength to Hurray’s foundation. His expertise transforms complex systems into streamlined processes, ensuring that creativity is always supported by structure, purpose, and long-term sustainability.
A forward-thinking problem solver, he bridges technology and design, building frameworks that empower the team to move efficiently, scale responsibly, and deliver with precision.

A licensed architect with a strong appreciation for art and culture, AR. Julius ensures efficient project flow while grounding each design in meaning and context.
Heima began as a concept design shop tucked into a 20 sqm space in Cubao Expo. Small in scale but rich in character, it quickly developed a cult following within the creative community—artists, musicialns designers, and tastemakers drawn to its thoughtful and bold curation and distinct point of view.
That same year, Heim Interiors was established as a design studio on the second floor of Heima, operating with just one staff member and a clear belief: spaces should be personal, expressive, and deeply human.
Began as Heima, a lifestyle and design store at Cubao X.
As the community grew, so did the vision. A new store and studio opened at LRI Design Plaza to serve the southern market. This phase reflected an early understanding of lifestyle-led design—spaces designed not just to be lived in, but to host, gather, and celebrate life’s everyday moments.
Heima and Heim Interiors merged into Hurray Design.
The brand relocated its retail presence to Kapitolyo, known as Heima Brixton, while the design studio moved to Poblacion, Makati, operating from Steps Building.
2015 marked a refinement of focus: retail as inspiration, and the studio as a growing consultancy taking on more layered residential and commercial work. Heim Interiors. was evolving—quietly sharpening its design voice and process.
Kapitolyo became a creative hub for collaborations and events.
Responding to an evolving market and increasingly premium project demands, the studio reintroduced itself as Hurray Interior Design Group.
This was more than a name change. It signaled a shift toward high-touch, design-led projects and a deeper commitment to shaping experiences, not just interiors.
The pandemic became a moment of recalibration. Hurray reassessed its purpose, positioning, and visual identity—leading to a comprehensive brand refresh.
During this time, the studio expanded its scope to include interior architecture, project management, and procurement management, enabling a more seamless, end-to-end approach to shaping spaces amid uncertainty and change.
Adapted and evolved through the pandemic.
IDr. Rossy Anne Yabut Rojales assumed a leadership position within the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers, reinforcing Hurray’s role as a trusted authority in the design community.
This year also marked 15 years of Hurray—defined not by longevity alone, but by resilience, growth, and continued relevance.
