Po and Pilar is envisioned as a Manila must see, a space shaped by old world charm and elevated by a premium dining experience. Drawing inspiration from 1920s to 1930s American Colonial Manila, the design captures a nostalgic elegance while presenting it through a contemporary lens.

Dark woods, lacquer, leather, stone, and brass create a richly layered interior grounded in warmth and depth. Burgundy, emerald, and capiz accents reference a city shaped by Filipino, Chinese, Spanish, and American influences. Dramatic 2700K lighting and atmospheric glow gently disconnect guests from the outside world, allowing time to slow and stories to unfold.
