Through the Years
Started by Principal Designer, IDr. Rossy Rojales, PIID, and design enthusiast and Managing Director, Bong Rojales, Hurray has grown into a premium interior design firm in the country.
2009
Indie Spirit
Heima began as a humble, lifestyle store—rather, a collection of quirky design jam-packed into a 24-square-meter rented space at Cubao X.
Although we were still dating back then, we thrived on our shared dream of launching a different kind of retail experience; drawing energy from live, local music, and surrounded by a community of amazing designers and creatives.
2010
Life is a Party!
Like the ambitious creators that we are, our thirst to expand our horizons led us to LRI Design Plaza—the perfect space to grow our brand and eventually set in motion our design practice, Heim Interiors: A fresh and vibrant alternative for premium interior design.
This phase also dawned on the birth of My Apt. (a raw, masculine focus), Paper Club (dainty, paper products and small keepsakes from our travels), and the milestone that was our first full furniture collection, Life is a Party!
2013
Live Happy, Beyond Ordinary
Seeking space and freedom to grow Heima even further, Kapitolyo presented itself as a gem to our hungry eyes.
Brixton became a cornucopia of learning sessions, gigs, and block parties. It was a fantastic path to many a connection and collaboration in the industry; having opened the doors to taking on more serious projects like commercial and workspaces.
2016
The Right Step
It’s incredible to believe that our service company was born from retail and product design. 7 years in, Heim Interiors was growing by leaps and bounds all blessed with the referrals of our beloved, happy clients.
Our momentum with Heim Interiors topped with our growing team of designers led us to nurture our practice up the stairway to our Steps Office in Poblacion, Makati.
2018
Come Together!
Having established Heima and Heim Interiors and watching both companies develop to premium standards, we finally decided to have both sides come together in celebration of 10 years in the design industry.
Enter Hurray Design! As our team grew to a whopping number of 50 #HumansOfHurray, our family also welcomed the addition of a new member: our lovely firstborn, Rhye.
2020
#BounceBackBrighter
Like many companies all around the nation, we expected great things for Hurray Design in 2020. Ergo, it gives us chills to comprehend the challenge we share with the rest of the world.
Yet, it is human nature to evolve, and it is in our nature to aspire for positivity and strength amidst this pandemic.
In the last six months, Hurray Design has quickly evolved into the strong design team that it is—welcoming clients old and new and staying constantly connected while working from home.
We worked to Bounce Back Brighter, continuing to shoot for the stars—aimed to be the premiere Filipino design firm respected by peers, and loved by employees, customers, and partners.

Despite challenges throughout the years - and in particular, the pandemic that struck in 2020 and nationwide lockdowns that followed - we're grateful to have bounced back brighter together as a company, with the continued trust and support of our clients and partners.
In the past year, we’ve grown stronger and expanded our services to offer complete design solutions from the inside out - with a flexible approach to match the needs of our clients.

IDr. Rossy Anne Rojales, PIID
Co-Founder & Principal Designer +
As the Principal Designer, Rossy directs all creative efforts. Process-oriented to a fault, all our output passes her eye, hands and heart. She sketches from scratch her vision for each space we take on, an artform she encourages everyone on the team to do.
Passionate for details that makes spaces human, she combines her love and experience in designing furniture and jewelry, her interest in visual arts like graphics and photography as well as more scientific areas like lighting design.

Bong Rojales
Co-Founder & Managing Director +
Prior to co-founding Heima and Heim Interiors, and eventually Hurray Design, Bong spent decades working for multinational corporations in the field of Information Technology.
His background in areas such as innovation, business development fused with art and design led to our foray into the creative industry. Though may not be obvious, his impact on our design is always there, with a goal to achieve balance and reiterate the shared vision, that our clients greatly appreciate.
Bong enjoys being a dad and a homebody now, spending more time playing vinyl on his vintage stereos.
IDr. Kimberly Abla, PIID
Design Manager +
From her humble beginnings as an Intern, progressing through the ranks as a Design Associate and Lead, to her current role as Design Manager, IDr. Kim has been with Hurray for a remarkable seven years, witnessing its transition into interior design first-hand. With her love for the design process and for complexity in design styles, IDr. Kim works closely with IDr. Rossy in all projects with resilience, seamlessly weaving accountability, and honesty into every facet of her work.
Justine Recasa
Procurement Officer +
With her background in education and natural ability for rapport, Justine oversees the SRM team, fostering fruitful connections and fueling both her personal growth and that of her team. Together with IDr. Rossy and the Design Team, Justine manages Hurray’s Supplier Management and Procurement initiatives, dedicated to encompassing and resolving client goals and concerns.
Denise Jiezel Soriano
Business Development Manager +
Denise has forged a multifaceted career at Hurray, spanning diverse roles such as Office Operations, Supplier Relations Management, and Business Development Manager over the span of six years. This uniquely equips Denise to accurately assess and address project requirements with Hurray's founders, Design Team, and SRM team. Driven by her inquisitive curiosity and passion for learning, Denise is tirelessly committed to harmoniously working with clients to realize their dream spaces.
Shamae Samson-Ballesteros

Shamae is a Marketing Professional with an eight-year journey in the field. Her journey began with a simple passion for content creation, which has since evolved into an unwavering commitment to serve and contribute to meaningful causes. Nowadays, Shamae constantly strives to improve Hurray’s brand experience with its founders, eagerly embracing the fresh challenges that go her way.
