  • As a premium interior design firm, our Core Services include Interior Design, Interior Design & Architecture, and Turnkey.

    We also provide design concepts and renderings, technical design, supplier management and procurement, project progress evaluations, and project management for interior design as part of our Modular and Concierge Services.

  • As we specialize in premium tailor-fit solutions, we are only able to provide the exact rate after extensively assessing your project needs. Our design rates take into account various factors such as the project’s scope, type, design requirements, location, and desired timeline.

  • We work on a variety of projects, from premium residential (renovation and ground-up) to commercial projects nationwide.

    For residential homes, we commonly work on condominium units from 100 sqm and above, townhouses from 250 sqm and above, and ground-up houses from 500 sqm and above. Partial areas can be considered to reduce the fee but should still fall within our minimum engagement fee.

    For commercial projects and workplaces, we have taken on a wide range of projects from offices to retail stores, showrooms, and spaces in hospitality.

  • Our typical project timelines start at a minimum of 6 months, averaging from 8 months and above. We also have projects that last up to 12-24 months or more depending on the scale.
